If you would like to return your frames for a refund please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further information. You will be asked to return the item to the address below. Shipping costs back to Spex For You Optometrist will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note the item must be sent back within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the product is in original condition and has not been adjusted and that the tags are still in place, your request will be processed. If goods are eligible for a refund, the refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the items.
We strongly advise customers to thoroughly check the product and try it on when it is received to ensure you are satisfied with the product. Refunds and exchanges will not be permitted after 14 days from the date of receiving your purchase. Glasses must be returned with their original cases.
If you receive a faulty product, please notify email@example.com immediately and the item will be exchanged for you. Please note that returned goods will not be accepted without a purchase number.
Warranty policy covers product against manufacturing defects and genuine product faults for 12 months after the date of sale.
Courier is $10 extra for New Zealand delivery. RD or international courier is extra. Please ring our store at 09 365 2906 for your payment. We accept payment by direct credit or credit card.
